Absolutely beautiful property! Deserta suite was beautiful and spacious! Views were amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Paid for suite with breakfast included and it was well worth it…so many delicious options. Not a lot of restaurants nearby, maybe 4 or 5 walkable, but local taxis are very reasonable (Uber is also significantly less than in US) and easy to get quickly. Lovely, quiet, relaxing area.

Nice, large hotel suited for families and golfers. Room was nice and spacious with double sink bathroom. Staff were really helpful which was nice, especially finding our room which was one of the villas outside. Breakfast was ok but appreciated they have labels to show allergens, although disappointed that they paired the bread with the bacon. I’m gluten free and unfortunately both sections of bacon had bread underneath which seemed a bit ridiculous because there is a whole bread/pastry section.

From the moment you arrive, the beauty of the hotel is striking. Walking in feels like stepping into a peaceful sanctuary. Everything about the design, setting and atmosphere immediately creates a sense of serenity. The staff are wonderful and beautifully attired. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with its own private pool, and it was simply stunning. The layout and design were exceptional. Both bedrooms were beautifully done, and the bathrooms deserve a special mention; there are two, each with enormous standalone baths and huge enclosed showers. The space, design and attention to detail made the apartment feel incredibly luxurious. We visited Café Central for breakfast and lunch because we liked the peaceful vibe and found the fresh pastries, coffee, and variety of dishes to be wonderful. Sitting there quietly with a coffee was a lovely way to spend an hour of the day, and the gentleman Pedro, who works there, is absolutely charming. Overall, it has felt like a real privilege to stay at the Viceroy. It is a truly special place that combines beautiful design, outstanding service and complete tranquillity. The only problem is that you have to check out, and honestly, you won’t want to. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this stay so memorable.

The apartments are so well equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and cooking facilities. The public areas are well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful.

the hotel was convenient and wonderful. We at the restaurant and the food was delicious.

Located in a small off the beaten path town this gem of a hotel was wonderful. We were surprised at its amenities. The room was quiet, large and clean. The bed was so comfortable! The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We stayed an extra night. Although off the beaten path, the area has plenty to do.

It was nice and clean. It is in a very nice and quiet place.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, the room was lovely and spacious, food was ok but very similar everyday. Staff were so miserable especially in the restaurant never any cups or glasses available. We were all inclusive but when we got there, there was also an elite package which we didn’t know about so we were not able to get all drinks on all inclusive. Drinks available were still ok. Pool was nice and clean, pool area was clean. Disappointed that you have to pay to use the indoor pool as we had already gone during off season so you would think you would be able to use the indoor pool. Still had a good stay close to the marina, Albufeira old town and easy walk to the beach.
