Very cool hotel- great rooms and amenities. Only complaint is the parking. $52 per day - nowhere in the website does it indicate this. Parked across the street in public parking for $25/day

hot tub and pool was great

We were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely our stay was. The staff were friendly and abundant, always trying to be helpful. Seriously, everyone was so nice! There was one young staffer, who was pretty stern with the rule of putting in your room service order the night before strictly before 9 PM, as we tried to put our order in it 9:04 PM and it was too late. So just be sure that you put your order in the night before on time! We were still able to call in our order in the morning and it came just fine. We also had breakfast at the Grandview restaurant and our server Casey was exceptionally kind and attentive. He tried to help us figure out a couple of Vegan options as well. The views were wonderful, and the rooms were so nice in the lodge. We liked hooking up the Bluetooth to the bathroom mirror, the delicious nespresso, coffee, light up closet, warm fireplace, hot tub, which was indoors, but the glass doors were wide open which made you almost feel like you were outside. This is a great place! The staff are all truly wonderful!

Host is the best, personally welcomed upon arrival. Breakfast enjoyable. Night caretaker also a joy. Def recommend.

Room looked like a motel 6. Furniture was old, bathroom outdated, iron broken and water leaked all over my clothes. Lighting kept low to try to hide all the ugliness. Half way through the stay, a family with small children were put next to us. Paper thin walls and all the noise was exhausting. They need to keep families with small children on a different floor being the hotel was not full at all. On the other hand, staff was very kind and welcoming. Seems like they spent money renovating the Lobby, but money needs to be spent in room renovations.
