Staff was helpful and accommodating. Suite needed updating and fixing some tiling and general maintenance. Also paid for a river view room and got a room on the second floor which was too low to see anything except for buildings along the river.

The room was really nice with the exception of the walls seeming to be paper thin. My wife and I were there to enjoy a relaxing night of relaxation, only to hear the kids in the next room all evening. Early the next morning, we were awakened by the noises of the parents coming in and all of the commetion on packing dropping things and scolding the kids. That morning, we thought a nice soak in the hot tub would be relaxing only to discover the same scene from the night before. The pool and hot tub were overflowing with unruly kids with not a parent in sight. We again decided to pass. The property is beautiful, but do not come here for a relaxing evening after enjoying the shops and restaurants of Bridge Street. Also, I was not offered a birthday discount that I know they offer. When I mentioned it being a birthday getaway, I was give a room with a view of the back parking lot

This is one of my favorite places to stay, of all time.

Very clean and quiet

This hotel only has in room coffee, we had to ask for more coffee supplies as the only options were Starbucks in the main lobby and Blazers cafe on site. No microwaves in the rooms either, have to use the microwave in the snack area in the main lobby. The room was clean enough, beds were ok, not great. Plus extra $ for paid on site parking. The fridge was not working when we got there and ice was scarce, even though there was a machine on every floor!
