You MUST book a stay here. It gives the warm hug you need in your Seattle travels. This is by far the best hotel ever. The doorpersons greeting, all the friendly staff and restaurant server(Heidi) all rer winners!!! Really nice and engaging. Very knowledgeable staff in restaurant for certain. Mark the driver of the Audi car with complementary local drop off was above and beyond. Professional and very personable. This location puts you in a walkable safe area. My room is as super clean and the ascetic was uber vibey. Slept like a baby. I will most def be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Good central location to nearby attractions. Older hotel with basic necessities. Staff courteous and attentive. Bathroom a little cramped. Small fridge a plus, but no microwave. Outside street noise noticeable, even from higher floors.

EQC Hotel Casino Tacoma property is very well maintained and clean. The room and bed is very tidy and always fitted with clean linens and comforter; place is very accessible to the interstate highway with ample parking access. And most importantly the staff is very courteous and professional particularly JC and all the front desk staff, housekeeping and casino staff and security. Will definitely stay again at EQC Tacoma on my next visit in Seattle and this hotel and casino is Highly Recommend!!! Jerico Chicago, Illinois

The rooms are clean, and the views of the Puget Sound, Mt. Rainer, Olympics, and downtown Seattle are outstanding. The Six Seven restaurant's food and service are OK. Pro tip: use your room phone to call valet parking as you are leaving your room. That way your call should be waiting for you when you get to the lobby. The only negatives I encountered during a recent stay: - It usually takes several calls to get someone to answer at the front desk or Six Seven restaurant. This happened whether I used my cell phone or the room phone. - The restaurant automatically adds a 20% tip to the bill, regardless of quality of service received. - Room service could use improvement. I waited 50 minutes for a breakfast sandwich to arrive (ETA was 20 minutes), and the server forgot my carafe of coffee. That arrived 15 minutes later, and the server just handed me the coffee mugs and carafe instead of handing it to me on a tray. Good news: he comped the food. - The hand-held shower attachment is difficult to use as the switch to direct the water to the hand-held is on top of the shower fixture. This means you have to be almost 6' tall to reach the switch.

The hotel was clean and nicely renovated. We had a 6th floor room facing the water which was great. The location is great if you’re planning to visit Seattle center. The only complaint is the elevators are very slow.

This is a nice, more affordable option near a lot of restaurants, bars, and attractions. Some nights there can be a bit of noise outside, and sometimes neighboring hotel stayers can be loud as well. Overall rooms are clean and well kept with reliable service. A good option if you're spending most of your time out and about during a visit.
