Room good location good but helpful friendly staff made it better especially Lily who made. the scrumptious breakfasts. Highly recommend this stay in the old quarter

Staff were absolutely incredible. Without exception everyone was cheerful, helpful and hardworking.

The staff is really what makes this property special. They are so kind and helpful. On top of that it’s in a great location and walkable to nearly everything. I would absolutely stay here again no question.

The place is alright. Staff are lovely, the rooms are quite well equipped, But the photos are a bit exaggerated. As long as you can take that into consideration you won’t be disappointed. Many good thing as about this hotel. The staff are the best from anywhere we have stayed in southeast asia. Specially Flower and Jasmine. There were plenty of sitting areas. The pool looked good but it waa too cold to use. We arrived late and the kitchen waa closed but the cook offered to make pizza for us. The grab was very cheap to old town. Excellent stay at Oriental Jade. Clean and comfortable room with good beds and bathroom with great shower. Staff uniformly excellent.Broad breakfast selection both western and Vietnamese. Very accommodating about holding luggage and assisting with airport transit. Had a great massage in spa - so convenient to go down in robe! Swimming pool has amazing views. Ate at the rooftop bar several times - nice fettuccine with salmon for a change of pace.

The staff at the Shining Central Hotel & Spa are all extremely kind. They are very helpful and attentive. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well looked after. We used the spa service as well which was great. They make it feel like a home away from home!
