Nice room and facilities. Staff was non responsive - had to call 3 times for fresh towels , waited hours (until almost 6pm) for the room to be made up on the second day and couldn’t get room service on the phone.

The beds/pillows were a bit too soft and irritated our backs (and I’ve never had historical back problems!). It would’ve been great to have options to improve this I.e. mattress toppers, pillow variety, or changing rooms if there were newer beds available.

If a look warm shower, removable toilet seat lid and 1 caffeinated coffee pod for two people is your thing, this is your hotel. Yep, we could have called to the front desk on these things, but we don’t have to worry about these things at other hotels at all.

Excellent staff, room was very clean. I left my new IPhone on the table Saturday morning in the Serenade restaurant after having a delicious breakfast with my wife. Our waiter turned my phone over to the manager and he kept it secured until I realized I had left it. Very honest employees , so thankful!!!!

The hotel was having elevator problems, so that kind of sucked but other than that, the rooms were really clean. The staff was super nice. No complaints I would 100% stay again.
