Lovely friendly staff and a beautiful hotel. Our room was beautiful, clean and the bed was so comfy. Only issue was the bathtub didn’t fill as the plug was dodgy which was a shame as it was a lovely large tub. Also, had a coffee in the morning in the room and the milk pod provided curled into chunks in the coffee so I’m assuming out of date although we didn’t check as was in a rush to check out. Location is perfect! Lots of choices for food and a lovely Irish bar on the corner. The centre is only a 10 minute walk. I’d definitely recommend staying here and if I come back to Budapest I’d certainly stay here again.

The only thing that needed improvement was that chafing dishes should be used to ensure that scrambled eggs and sautee veggies are kept warm.

10/10 I can’t fault this hotel. Absolutely stunning decor. A wow as soon as you walk in. Polite and helpful staff. our room was ready as soon as we arrived at 12pm so we didn’t have to wait. The room was in fantastic condition with very comfortable beds and stunning decor. The shower was amazing. Dressing gowns and slippers in the rooms. Rooms come with spa access and the spa was beautiful and so well kept. Long pool which was warm, with 8 loungers, a big sauna, a steam room, and treatment rooms. The gym was well equipped for cardio and weights. Filtered water (still and sparkling) was available all over the hotel. Excellent location close to the river and close to most tourist attractions. We walked everywhere and the metro stop is just around the corner. Make sure you visit the rooftop bar! Especially at sunset. If you’re thinking of booking this hotel then don’t hesitate. I would have paid much more money for a hotel like this. The only thing I’d change is I wish the spa was open a little later - it closes at 9pm which is decent, but some evenings it would’ve been nice to relax a bit later and they make you leave at 8:45pm.
