Lovely hotel right off the village stroll on Main St. The staff was helpful and always pleasant. The hotel is extremely dog-friendly.
All that said, I really appreciated the bike valet. Makes staying at the hotel when visiting the world-famous bike park painless.

We were booked into a room immediately above an event floor where a wedding was taking place. Loud music began at 11:30 pm and continued until after 1 am. We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not. The reason given was that the hotel security were unable to control the event. Very disappointed in what should have been a pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel.
