It's a quiet hotel, part of a larger residential building, and formerly a Shangri-La. Room was spacious and super clean and perhaps just a tiny bit dated. Location is great, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water.

The hosts/hotel staff were incredible. I had family arrive early while my flight was delayed, but the staff did everything to accommodate them, letting them check-in earlier and supported them even though my family doesn't speak a word of English.
