The Hamilton beach front rooms have a gorgeous view looking out toward St. Kitts but the property needs a lot of maintenance and clean up.

Very nice resort, though starting to look a little worn in places. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very nice and attentive. It is about a 20 min drive back and forth into town, so rental car is definitely helpful, unless you just plan to stay on the resort. Water taxi to Nevis comes straight to the Hyatt dock, which is nice. Only major complaint was the prices on the resort - while the room itself wasn’t terribly priced, the food, drinks and everything else for sale on site were extremely high, even by resort standards. As a result, we opted to eat and shop mostly away from the Hyatt (even shopping at the Four Seasons on Nevis was a bargain by comparison!)

The accommodation was clean and tidy, but we did have an issue with the window blinds, which did not close properly, some of the skirting boards were dusty, and the toilet brushes need to be replaced.
