Eastside Cheap Vacations

The hotel was great, I loved the decor and vibe. We had never stayed in that area of Seattle before though, probably won’t stay there again because of that. BUT if you like the University district, then you should definitely stay there.

Amazing, also parking is not free. It is $65 without tax every night with unlimited in and out. And there is no free parking around the hotel. But it is very nice and there are bars, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The view is pretty and the hotel was very luxurious with many amenities.

Clean room and perfect location

My stay was exceptional in every way!

I booked an executive suite and was happy with the room until I was met with the unbearable sound of the elevator shaft motor clanking all day and night. It was as loud as someone knocking on your door all night. I was thankfully able to get this resolved by the staff by getting a room further away from the elevator... but if this was an issue that was being worked on, please don't place guests near the elevator. I could still hear it 5 doors away from the elevator in the next room. The hotel was busy, and again, I am glad that I was accommodated properly. The place was great, and I will be staying again when that elevator gets fixed!

Very clear instructions and the system for entry, bathroom share, food, and laundry were perfect. There are cats (see pictures of their property), so be aware if you have allergies. Although, you'd have no idea they have any, the house is immaculate and no smells or hair! Very friendly owners. Would absolutely stay again. They have pain killers available, phone chargers, and basic hygiene items. Breakfast available (muffins, yogurt, oat milk, cereals, granola bars) and coffee. Safe location, plenty of parking on street. Be aware everything outside of you room is comminity (owners and other guests present and share, if that isn't your thing. We enjoyed meeting others.)

The location was perfect. The room we had wasn’t comfortable at all. A bed and a desk chair was about it for room decor. Desk chair was not comfortable. Needs a loveseat or some other seating. The biggest disappointment was the food. We ordered room service and it was inedible. We complained but nothing was offered in way of compensation. One of the amenities was that we were to receive $15 off our room service order and that was not applied. We paid $29 a night for “amenities” Location is very close to Public Market and an easy walk.
