Pacijan Island Cheap Vacations

I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. You don’t get to build a completely see-through glass sliding door and call it a one bedroom simply because the living room and bedroom are now separated by that see through glass wall. Bugs, leaky showers, loose bathroom tiles… had to call maintenance just to get my laundry out of the washing machine… furniture was very old and VERY uncomfortable… laminate missing in the kitchen, dirty dishes… I mean this was a very bad experience for me. The balcony was more like a ledge with a door. I was very disappointed. I paid half the price for a twice as long stay at another property that had spiders everywhere… honestly, I don’t know how the price is justified.

property management lied. i booked and paid for 2 bedroom. i received an email from my host everything is ready.unit.,host gave me a.got to the c1 bedrrom and said that was the only available unit. if not happy to check outand the whole area whad no vacancy because of the holidays. host never called me kept calling no answer and never contacted me until afternoon of the next day. i got duped ,shower was broken,refrigerator was brokwn, bathrrom ceiling was water dripping.very disapointed.

The location is convenient, being close to groceries, restaurants, and several tourist spots. However, the condition of the condominium was quite rough. One of the air-conditioning units wasn’t working, and the others were not cooling properly. The internet also didn’t work, and despite contacting the host, no one came to fix it. Additionally, one of the bathrooms seemed to have a leak whenever the shower was used. Communication with the host was difficult—I could only reach out through Expedia, and responses were very limited. The host was kind, but overall communication was challenging.

Overall exceptional service all around and absolutely loved the property and glad to return in the future travel.

The Breakfast was unbelievably great. Fresh Fruit, Local dishes, very tasty and a variety Ive never seen at any other Hotel. Will always stay here when in Cebu. The Hospitable staff even discounted my breakfast and were always there to answer questions.

This hotel needs upgrade. I’ve stayed this hotel early1980’s and it’s still the same. Nothing has changed. Bed is too small and hard ( size good for kids only). Towels are old and rough. Room is dark and bathroom faucet needs change. Room and bathroom is dark need to change lighting. No vanity mirror in the bathroom. Bathtub should be changed to walk-in shower. No bidet in the toilet. This hotel should rate 2 stars not 4 stars. Breakfast not good.

Staff friendly, they helped Accommodate my room situation since some bugs were found. Other than that it was a pleasant stay
