Excellent stay, the staff was super attentive and the food delicious! Going to the beach late at night to stargaze was amazing!

This hotel is a jungle paradise on the beach! The rooms are so beautifully designed, clean, and natural feeling. We stayed in a standard room on the second level and our bathroom had a skylight! We were treated so kindly by Steph, who made our stay 10x more special. She was helpful at every turn and deserves all the praise!

The staff were lovely . My son sprained his ankle while here so it wasn’t the greatest holiday . There needs to be way more food options that are easier to access . Cancun was lovely and I can’t wait to come back ( without kids)

Breakfast was continental. Could order protein from the menu, which we did a couple times. We also had dinner one night and everyone’s meals were fantastic. An extra shout out of thanks to the front desk for assisting in finding us an “extra” private room to destress. And another shout out to all the staff, from security to cleaning. You made a beautiful stay spectacular. THANKS

Great pool, plenty of shade from the Sun. Excellent lunch buffet poolside.

Old hotel, very big. Staff is friendly. Food is good if you pay out of your package.

Very clean property with amazing staff

The room was fairly clean, the shower was a little dirty and the sink kept clogging. The electricity was also not working well so some of the lights would not turn on and the outlets would not work at times.
