This is a very nice property. It gave us some space in the heat wave and having a washer/dryer in the room was special. The only issue with this hotel is that, while there are windows, the neighboring building is only three feet away so there is no view. A bit far from the train station but we would stay again.

Very good location. Good amenities. Rooms could be cleaner. Tiny room size.

Staff was very helpful, we mailed our luggage to the hotel and they delivered the luggages to our room before our arrival. Breakfast was great, room was clean, couple of restaurant nearby and a lawson downstarirs

Very good value for money stay in a reliable brand hotel. We chose the hotel as we knew we weren’t going to be around much to enjoy or relax in it - hence we did not mind it not having a spa / pool / sauna facility. It is well located at Tennoji station with retro shinsekai foodie area with best knife shop, Osaka museum of fine arts & the zoo within 10 minute walk, and the tram line out to one of the shrines in the station below. It is in one of the tallest buildings in Osaka, so we had great views over the city from our city view room (recommend choosing this option, albeit hotel starts at 19th floor so all rooms would likely have a good view). It is also convenient as has one of the large department stores in the same building.
