The positive aspects of this hotel are the location directly next to MRT Station EW11, strong and hot water to shower with and it's quiet and comfortable. The negatives are: 1: They refused to honor my payment to Expedia for the daily breakfast. 2: The first two nights, the A/C was extremely cold, even at the highest setting of 28 degrees. Their technician adjusted it but then it would not cool enough. Adjusted again and it returned to being too cold. 3: The safe would sometimes not lock then would not open again. 4: The telephone sometimes would not open a line when picked up. The worst was the elevators. First, they take much too long to respond to a demand. Watch the floor locations while waiting and they don't change for about a minute. Second, Enter the elevator on the first floor, scan room key and push button for your floor. If it stops at a lower floor on the way up you need to re-scan your key and re-select your floor. If not you'll take a ride back down to the lobby. 3. We were going down to the first floor to checkout. There were five of us going down. As we approached the second floor the elevator jolted to a stop, making a clanging noise, bounced up and down a few times and the screen scrolled that it was "Out of service". I pushed the emergency button and a lady respond asking if everyone was OK. I told her the elevator was stuck near the second floor. She did something to release it and it lowered to the first floor, continuing in service!!

Fantastic staff, room was spacious and hotel was well situated. Good value for money. The only negatives were Breakfast; extrememly busy, not set up for that many guests so make sure you go early or are ok with queing and limited options! and no facilities: a gym, pool, laundrette or anything would have been good, but if you're only there for a couple of days then that stuff shouldn't matter anyway. Rooms were clean and air conditioned. Was great for us! Would recommend.
