The room and property was cleaned well. However, the decor was outdated. The location is in a prime area. Overall, this resort was okay. The breakfast was pretty good for hotel food.

They definitely need more help as there was a line at least 15 deep for registration. The lobby definitely can’t handle that volume as it is extremely small and need to take the office they use for “snacks” to buy and use that area to make a bigger lobby.
The pool definitely needs to be HEATED!!!! There were kids in the pool cause they don’t care but couldn’t use the pool cause it was like a cold plunge.
Restaurant staff could be a little nicer and helpful. We were there when a new person just started that day and whoever was training him needed to be trained herself especially in customer service.
Over all this is a nice hotel and would stay again. They just need to make a few adjustments.

Pictures on the website does not match what the facility actually looks like. No staff member on the premises. The outside of property looks junkyard style. Pools were nasty. The location horrible. Noise all night long.
