The main desk staff are clueless, couldn’t answer the basic of questions ! the room was old and a joke! Speaking of a joke the pool was just a tad bigger than blow up toy ! The lack of 4th July activities was also shameful. Other then that we checked out a day early to get out asap

There was one time that the maid did not clean our room. We tried our best to communicate our needs but it didn’t work out that well.

Room did not match what i booked on the listing as detailed, very disappointing. Ballet and front desk had lost or car keys to car but did find them after 45 min wait !
They also wouldn’t honor my hilton membership for points for my stay, but beautiful weather and ballet had a great customer service which i appreciated, front desk help was 7/10.

I was skeptical to rent because we were just looking to rent a partial week and this place was a lot cheaper than other places I was looking at. We were so pleased with this property. Unit was clean, in a great location with beautiful views off the balcony. Close walking distance to the beach. Good location on the island. The property is beautifully maintained. Good fishing ponds for my boys. Great courts for pickleball. The owner of the unit called to check on us and to make sure the unit was in good condition when we got there. Will definitely vacation again here!

"Door locks did not work. Someone had to let us into the room every time we went anywhere. You could get let into any room and they wouldn't know. No security at all. Did not offer a discount or anything. Had a $500 fee for vaping in the room. I dont even vape but this seems ridiculous. What damage ..."
