We arrived at the breakfast area, which was almost empty, and the serving utensils weren't suitable for serving yourself; I had to constantly call my waiter for service. It could have been better.
When we arrived, we asked the staff to give us a quieter room, but it turned out to be the opposite. Fer helped us find our room—he’s an excellent employee. Thank you, Fer.
