Stayed for one night and experience was great. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Margaritaville Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make the experience memorable. A special shoutout to the wonderful housekeeper who is celebrating her 71st birthday this week. She was incredibly kind, and her attention to detail was outstanding. The entire hotel was immaculate, with a relaxed, chill vibe and laid-back atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The view was fantastic, and the location could not have been more convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The rooftop bar had a great atmosphere and beautiful views, and the restaurant was excellent as well. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Margaritaville Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and fun place to stay.

My a/c went out on the last night. I called twice to have them send an engineer to repair. No one came. It was 80 degrees so I had the overhead fan on overnight. When I checked out the next day, I complained to them about the hot humid room and lack of follow up about repairing it, but the front desk just said “sorry” and handed me my receipt. There was also a lot of noise from next door and room above: voices and running footsteps.

They sent a welcome message the day before we were scheduled to arrive which had a lot of good information, including that the front desk sometimes goes on breaks which was our experience when we arrived. If I hadn't seen that message I might've been a bit annoyed. The hotel does not have any carpeting which is an interesting choice as it made the room more noisy than most, but the room was also pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hot drink and water dispensers they had in the lobby were most excellent! We knew they did not offer a breakfast bar of any type but didn't realize there wasn't any type of place within walking distance - not their fault. The staff was friendly and the couple of questions we had they were quick to help with.

The location was absolutely perfect! Everything was very walkable. Breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic and we appreciated the hotel discount. Only 1 elevator was working the entire week we were there. The air conditioner was very loud and didn’t cool the room as much as we’d liked. The bathroom light switch and sink were outside of the bathroom sliding door so if you got up in the middle of the night you were probably disturbing anyone else in the room. Would prefer a bottle of hand soap next to the sink rather than the annoying little square. Also weren’t impressed when we had the privacy sign up but someone came in while we were out and put an unnecessary sofa chair in the corner of the already small room, moving all of our stuff
