I stayed 6 days at this hotel over Mother's Day. The staff was very accommodating. If I called down for something I needed, they would make sure I had it. Very attentive. My room was clean and housekeeping provided linens, extra blanket or microwave if requested through the front desk.
My family and I ate a late lunch in the restaurant and it was delicious. We had a Turkey club, the fish tacos, and Caesar salad all were excellent! Only complaint is the coffee in the Coffee Shop. I’m a coffee snob but even if I wasn’t, it was the weakest coffee. I decided to give it a second chance the next day and ended up adding two shots, an extra regular and a decaf. Still watery! The pool area is very nice but you need to go about 11-noon for a spot. I enjoyed my stay while visiting family in the area. I would stay again.

Parking was difficult with automation. Difficult getting out. Need a gate person. Gate automated bar almost hit my hood. Valets were on their phones not helpful. Would consider not staying thete until they fix it. A five star hotel needs 5 star personnel. Not more automation
