No towels in the pool. No slippers or toothbrush if required. No coffee machine. All of these available in other comparably priced hotels. A security deposit against damage is unacceptable. Nobody else does it and even though the delay in returning,
Is within a few days of checking out, it is still unacceptable.
That aside the room we had was large but looking a little worn. I would not return.

For a supposedly superior room, at $800+, with Club Lounge Access, the room itself was disappointingly ordinary. The bathroom was certainly in need of a refurbish, with chipped tiles in the shower.
It was also disappointing to return to our room at 3.45pm, only to have to wait in the lounge downstairs for it to be serviced. We had to ask for soap in the vanity area.
