I book this hotel for its location and it was a really good price i was pleasantly surprised the staff was so lovely and my room was spotless i will stay here again

Wonderful stay, would definitely go back. Great location, comfy bed, great shower, lovely breakfast, great bar and garden.

The location is good, within walking distance of local attractions but the apartments are tucked away off a not very nice side street. Lovely bedding and towels, quality decor. The rug in our apartment looked disgusting, badly stained, not at all in keeping with the ‘luxury’ label attached to the place. Carpets in the hall were also stained. Hence the rating of 4/5

Great apartment. 5 mins from centre of Liverpool. Easy to access.

Great location, although noisy until at least 4.30am. The room was modern and clean.

Nice modern hotel, super atrium with bar. Very good spa and serves an excellent afternoon tea. Bathroom door needs springs tensioning as it slams shut, unfortunately you can hear this in the room above if you are on the first floor.

Convenient location for Chester city centre. Continental breakfast was poor

To date the best property we had stayed at in England. Wish we had book another night or two there to enjoy it more

As it was an old property it had lots of character

The property is very nice, quiet surroundings and the perfect view you will expect from a hotel this price. The food is above expectation with a totally different menu 2 nights of stay. A final point that the staff are amazing particularly April and Poppy, fantastic waitresses who care for their guests dinner, stay and well being.

Location was great, rooms clean with comfortable beds. Helpful staff, but mediocre dining.
