From walking through the doors we were made to feel welcome, the room was on the 4th floor and was a twin as requested. The room was very clean and beds comfy, I loved the rainfall shower didn't want to get out. Can highly recommend a stay here as perfect for the tram and very close to Piccadilly gardens.

The hotel is vibrant and funky. The room was very small, but fine for what we needed as we weren't spending much time there other than to sleep. Beds only had one pillow each when we checked in, but the front desk sent up more promptly when we requested---the staff was very responsive and helpful overall.
