tiny tiny room with no closet- not sure what the “resort fee” was for- but it was in town and by a trail so that was nice. Was definitely not worth what we paid- but they get you with convenience i guess… very clean room.

Pro: location, quiet, clean and new facility
Con: tight space- thought I was in Tokyo. Not much to do in the hotel.
If you just need a place to stay at night and near Georgetown, not a bad choice. Bar was decent too.

Capitol was in walking distance as well as many of the other popular sights.
Hyatt on Capitol Hill has a nice restaurant/bar if you choose to stay in.
Hotel is clean and comfortable.

I would give this hotel a higher overall rating as the room was good, staff was great and the location was also very nice but for being such a nice hotel the gym was awful. Broken equipment, dirty, no towels and no radio or TV while working out. Did I mention it was dirty (dusty). The equipment is dated and its in the basement which makes it feel worse. The hotel should be ashamed of itself. It needs a complete rehaul as it will definitely make me reconsider if I stay here for a quick night or more than 1 night in which I will need a decent to average gym. It's an easy fix. Hopefully they get it right.
