The staff were excellent and so helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will go back. Location was great and the staff warned against people impersonation which was very timely.
House keeping excellent with nothing being too much trouble.

There were a lot of amenities we didn't get to try because we had to leave early in the morning. However, I left something behind in my room and the staff was able to find it and ship it to me for a very reasonable price. Would save me a lot of money and made my trip much more enjoyable.

A direct train from BKK to the hotel, easy walk to the PhayaThai train station, the location is a premium, it is now my go to hotel anytime I pass through Bangkok.
