9.2/10 Wonderful! (336 reviews)
Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! The customer service was exceptional, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hospitality was amazing, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. We had such a beautiful experience and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Phuket, and I would absolutely love to come back again! ❤️

8/10 Very good! (57 reviews)
The hotel offers access to 3 different pools. I had read online reviews mentioning mold, but we didn't see any mold damage in the building we stayed. However, other buildings have rooftop pools, which might be the cause of mold. There's a shuttle to Kata beach. During our stay the shuttle wasn't going to Karon beach. It's near plenty of other hotels, restaurants, spas, and 15 minute walk to Kata beach.

8.8/10 Excellent! (78 reviews)
Check-in was very unorganized. I waited over 2 hours for a clean room because the room I was “upgraded” to had a puddle of water inside and smelled moldy. The second room I was provided was better, but the overall experience was disappointing. After everything I had already dealt with, I asked if dinner for two could be provided as a courtesy and was told no. About 45 minutes later, I was offered coconut water instead. The lack of urgency, communication, and effort to make the situation right made an already frustrating check-in experience even worse.

8.2/10 Very good! (63 reviews)
Pros: Friendly staffs, affordable, close to the beach and alot of food spots. 7/11 is down the block. It is also clean and spacious.
Cons: The building is a little outdated along with the AC and the fridge which wasn't really a huge problem for us. The shower was a little too small in our room. Towels and bed sheets had a few stains but they were fresh from the laundry.
Overall a great experience for the price. Will definitely book here in the future.
