Simply don’t offer it if you’re not serving up to par as you usually would.. other guests like myself are paying the same just as those during cruise ship docking and peak season or just don’t offer the all inclusive package. There are no water refilling fountains on this property. Secondly, don’t advertise the beach when it’s clear it’s on the Atlantic side and full of seaweed that you cannot swim or even relax on it. Also, take a page out of other islands’ all inclusive package when they say “all inclusive” and pay for it, not limit guests to only children drinks and all non-alcoholic beverages while your package is way overpriced for such.

No microwave in iStandard Seaview room ($180 per night off-season)??? Coffee pouch, sugar, powered cream & tea bags not replaced after first use ??? Unacceptable
