When I arrived the room they gave to me it’s terrible latter the change it’s very good, the staff everyone so sweet and polite

The staffs need to work on providing better customers services and terrible smell of sewage. Mold and water stains throughout the hotel. The pool wasn't available and the construction noises were unpleasant during meal times.

The property is well maintained and spacious. The entire staff was friendly and provided great service. Everything was delicious and they had a nice assortment of different foods and desserts. The musical entertainment sounded fantastic and it was lively and interactive. Vacationing in San Andres was like going to paradise.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed—their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism truly elevated the entire experience. Excellent stay. The breakfast was fantastic, hotel was clean and well located. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay there again if in return to San Andres

Food was great and. Service was very attentive.
