The staff are superb! They do their best with the facilities they have. This is not a 4 star hotel--2 stars at best. It is in real need of a comprehensive remodel. Breakfast was tasty but very basic. Otherwise I didn't eat there. The hotel is rather isolated and travel to the north or east sides of the island took 45 to 60 minutes via grab or bolt. Again, 5 stars to the staff. But for the price, you can do better.

Swimming pools but immaculate with plentiful sunbeds and cabanas, but disappointing parents will allow their children to occupy Cabanas whilst they relaxed and the children were unsupervised. This would make a very lovely adults only resort the breakfast. Terrace was excellent and choice was wide. Overall, we really had a good stay here and it is conveniently located fishermans market area and local restaurants.

From the exceptional welcome at check-in to our absolutely stunning Ocean View Penthouse, everything was perfect. The resort is breathtaking, with beautiful pools, a gorgeous beachfront setting, outstanding facilities, and delicious food. The team was also wonderful about accommodating my husband's celiac disease, which meant so much to us. A particularly heartfelt thank you to Beer, who coordinated our wedding and went above and beyond to make our special day everything we dreamed of and more. His dedication, kindness, and attention to detail were extraordinary. We also want to recognize Copter, June, Fai, Aom, and Ple from the restaurant team. They were all so genuinely kind, thoughtful, attentive, and welcoming. Their exceptional hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Nikki Beach is worth every penny. The property is stunning, but the people are what truly make it special. We couldn't have imagined a more beautiful place to celebrate our wedding and honeymoon, and we would return without hesitation. Thank you for memories we'll treasure forever!
