8/10 Very good! (1,004 reviews)
Beautifully clean and had a bath ideal for my stay as an ultra runner however staff were slow and my key card did not work, no rush to sort this which was inconvenient after running all day!

Dirty room.
Cigarette burn in curtains/ nets.
Leaking air con.
Extractor fan turned on however never extracted so bathroom totally wet through after showering.
Bed very uncomfortable.
Pillows very uncomfortable.
Requested a quiet room - the hotel wasn’t busy and we were located next to a busy/ noisy dual carriage way.

10/10 Exceptional! (1 review)
We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!
