The pool, gym, and full 6th floor were closed during our stay with no pre warning. The only compensation offered was a massage which given the amount we paid for 4 nights I was not very pleased. The rooms were also tiny. However, the staff and breakfast were great.

Location is the only good thing about this property. Room was dirty, deadbolt didn’t work on the door, tile falling off the wall, dirty shower head with poor water pressure, food from the previous visitors still in the fridge. They started construction on the room next to ours at 8am…hammering and sawing all morning long. Disappointed as this wasn’t a cheap room. Elevator broke multiple times during our stay.
The hotel Whatsapp was an AI chatbot that couldn’t help with any of our questions.

"The hotel was not as modern as advertised and I don’t believe the price was worth what I paid. The staff were friendly but extremely uptight. The security was good, location was perfect. Room was not cleaned daily. Drain for shower was not working so bathroom flooded after every shower."
