I had a lovely stay overall. The staff were incredibly kind, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. However, I noticed a bit of dust on the bedding during my stay. I’m mentioning this only to help improve your otherwise excellent service.

Great staff, nice lobby with free water fountain.
The bathroom's doors are terribles (we changed room) and hard to close and lock and the rooms are small. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room.
The staff was super friendly and helped us feeling at home.

Hotel was good, however if looking to explore Old Town you are a 40 min walk away so not ideal on hot days. Area in front of hotel is wonderful but the street behind is not the greatest and dirty. Breakfast was fantastic!

Our first try at "aparthotel" and we really liked it being spacious with a bedroom and balcony, equipped with a kitchen, and so conveniently located just around the corner of Place Massena. So many top attractions nearby and so many restaurant options around the area! Staff was wonderful too with early check-in and helping resolve the safe issue...etc. Just note that the office is open only from 8am to 8pm! Will definitely book again when we re-visit Nice!
