This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The food was fantastic, with great variety and something delicious to enjoy every day. The entertainment was also a huge highlight—there was always something happening, making the atmosphere fun, lively, and enjoyable from morning until night! The spa staff were especially welcoming and professional, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Overall, we had such a great and relaxing stay and honestly didn’t want to leave! We will absolutely be coming back. This is officially our go-to place in Cancun, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, fun, and welcoming resort with amazing service.

This resort is truly in a league of its own. Everything is elegant, beautifully designed, and looks incredibly luxurious—from the architecture and rooms to the restaurants, pools, landscaping, and every small detail throughout the property. But what truly makes Haven stand out is the hospitality. Five stars simply aren’t enough. For me, this is a 10-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And I have to give special recognition to Juan Carlos, the resort manager. I have rarely met someone who takes such pride in his job and goes so far above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Juan Carlos was there every step of the way, making sure everything was perfect and that I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. His professionalism, kindness, and personal attention made a tremendous difference, and I am truly grateful. I came to Haven for a vacation, but I’m leaving with an experience I will remember for a long time. I will absolutely be back, and I will be recommending Haven Riviera Resort to all my friends and family. Grown and Sexy!!!! We loved every part of this resort! Will definitely be going back! The tub was the best bath Ive ever taken!
