The pool closes too early in August. 6-7pm closing time is not acceptable when the sun sets at 8pm. Other than that, everything else is excellent. Free parking is a plus.

Great hotel

The hotel is well-maintained and clean, with a metro stop right outside and a free shuttle to the Strip. The negative was the staff: many hang out in the lobby—practically grabbing you by the arm—claiming they want to give you a free gift, but actually steering you toward a sales desk; it’s a scheme widely known in Las Vegas. We also had issues at the pool; there were cabanas with "reserved" signs—about half of them I’d say. We sat in one that didn't have a sign, but a staff member immediately came over to say it was already reserved. I objected, pointing out that there were no signs indicating this, but he rudely told us we had to leave. I kept an eye on the area, and no one showed up for either the cabanas with signs or the ones without them.
