8.8/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
This trip could’ve been a lot better! But communication was not there at all. I missed my flight and call the hotel to check me in cause I was coming in the next day instead. Not only when I arrived around 12, the room wasn’t ready! The front desk took my number and told me she will call me once the room is ready! We drove around town until 4pm and never got a text! So I had to go in and ask about the room, then she proceeded to check us in. We almost missed our spa appointment and they still charged us for the day that we missed.
Moral of this is, if I call in advance and was able to check in early it would’ve been fine. But not only that communication was very poor coming from them.

All in all it was an amazing experience. From the check in to the check out! The rooms are spacious and beds are super comfy! The showers have a lot of water pressure loved that! Staff were so helpful. Not a bad thing to say. I would definitely stay again when I visit.
