Hotel staff were welcoming on arrival, property was clean and well taken care off, room had everything we needed. Executive suite coffee machine was not working correctly so choices were limited, told staff but wasn’t resolved in our one night stay so could use. Having to pay for parking at their own car park I thought unusual. Breakfast choice was excellent

Check in was flawless, staff were very friendly and helpful. They have 24 hour staff. The turn down service was great. At breakfast all the staff was very personable.

Room was beautiful, a few stains on the sheets which were missed on arrival. Pool and amenities are great! Great location

property was not well maintained, in that in our room cabinet door was broken, bathroom tiles missing caulk or was black from lack of cleaning, nothing holding bed in place and slid around on floor when sitting down. The room did have complimentary water. Spa had no shower or keys for clothes locker. there was a good complimentary breakfast. location was at the end of the main drag so it was quite a walk to get to shopping, restaurants and bars.

The location is pretty good, a block from St Stephens Green. The hotel is good but I think that the 5 star rating doesn’t do it any favors because it is not comparable to other 5 star properties in the city. It is a good hotel and that is it, nothing special about it. The breakfast is okay but the service is pretty bad. Lots of waiters trying to hard not to make eye contact so they cam avoid taking your order. Stuff we ordered just never arrived on a couple of occasions. The bar is very nice with good service. We didnt try restaurant for lunch or dinnee because there are many options available close by.

You have no control over room temperature.it is totally at their discretion and was too warm all the time. We lost one night of sleep as the hotel was working on something all night outside our window. Staff was very nice.
