From the moment I stepped into the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, I had an amazing experience. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was ready upon arrival, which made everything even easier after a long travel day.
The staff truly stood out during my stay. Everyone—from the front desk to the bar and restaurant teams—was friendly, attentive, and easygoing. Housekeeping was especially wonderful; my room attendant was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.
The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was consistently maintained. The amenities exceeded my expectations—from the pool area to the dining options, everything was well-kept and enjoyable.
As a solo traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is extremely important to me, and this hotel delivered on both. I felt completely at ease the entire time, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
I have no complaints—only great things to say. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Waikiki.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
