Excelente ubicación para ir a USJ, limpia, habitación amplia, elevadores suficientes. Hay lavandería, area de fumar y vending machines. Las amenidades estan en la recepción, que se encuentra en el 2F.
Personal eficiente, no muy amigable, esta fue mi segunda visita y me paso lo mismo.
Volví por la ubicación e instalaciones.
Hay un Lawson 24hrs en el hotel, muy conveniente.

Imperial Hotel Osaka was nice but nothing stood out at this property. The breakfast buffet was nice l, but we had better ones during our trip. The rooms were nice, and the view of the river and cherry blossoms were a highlight of the stay. Service was good but again nothing stood out compared to the other hotels we stayed at.

This place is a gem. Excellent location, friendly staff, fantastic amenities, smart room features, spacious rooms. I strongly recommend Kiyomizu Elite Terrace to anyone wanting to be within walking distance to the best attractions in Kyoto.
