Room is clean except for shower ceiling where it looks like there is mold. Otherwise everything is clean and amenities such as kettle for making tea towels tissues all very good.
Location is in a very good area with lots of choices for restaurants
Front desk staff extremely helpful
Buffet breakfast is reasonably good. Dinner was very tasty

The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. They even provided us with a packed breakfast for an early excursion and a snack for an early ride to the airport. The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago.
