(1,000 reviews) Everything was great except for the toilet issue. We had to call front desk 5X to come fix the toilet issue (it wasn’t flushing). The day we check in till the next day we had issues with the toilet. We had to go downstairs in the lobby to use the toilet. Finally the next day, they moved us to another room. It’s a little annoying that I have to keep asking for certain things replaced every time they clean the room. Such as towels, soaps, coffee, tissue etc. For being a 5 star hotel. The room is spacious, they also have utensils, kitchenware that you can use if you wanna cook your meal. The pool is great as well. And this place is also very close to Malls and other popular places in Manila. lastly i love this place because of the Host. It was very easy communicate with the host. The host is very nice and accomodating. Will definitely recommend this place and I will surely use this again next time.
