Clean room. Pool is nice. Restaurants inside the hotel are pretty good and affordable. Free parking. 6 mins away from the Strip by car. Loved the view from our room! Loved our stay, would stay again!

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First, it was very hard to find the location because there is construction outside. When I finally found the place, there was one person at the desk who was extremely rude and condescending. She made fun of the way I spoke (mimicked me). I was in shock. I had already prepaid for the hotel so I didn't know what to do. I figured I would let it go since it's one night. I asked about parking - she said can't give me parking until I checked in. So I checked in and then after I paid for parking - she said she didn't have anymore key cards to the parking garage. She told me that every time I would need to go in or out of the garage I would need to come into the hotel and tell them and they would meet me at the garage (!) I asked politely how does this work if there's only one person at the desk. and where do I park to call you to help me with the garage (since there's no parking - only construction - outside the hotel). That set her off in an angry tirade. I was afraid for my safety at this hotel with this person in charge. I called my friend that I was meeting - she came over a few minutes later and I told her what happened. We checked the room - which had an intense chemical odor - can't breath. She refused to let me talk to a manager and refused to refund. It was such a twilight zone experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRID PLACE.

Hotel is beautiful and charming. Very well located. The night manager that check us in - Matt- was incredibly helpful, smart and nice, going beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were truly impressed. Food at rooftop was very good. Definitely would stay again.

**Treasure Island Has Seen Better Days** Treasure Island may have been a four-star hotel 20 years ago, but it definitely does not feel like one today. At best, it feels like a three-star property with nothing particularly special about it. The casino floor was surprisingly empty, with only a few tables open. Dining options were also very limited compared with other major Las Vegas hotels. The property seems to upcharge guests for everything. They wanted $30 for an early check-in even though our room was already available and we arrived less than an hour before the regular check-in time. This was the first time I have ever been charged under those circumstances, and it felt ridiculous. The room itself was dated. The air-conditioning system was old and did not even have a digital thermostat. The towels were extremely thin and felt cheap, and the bathroom products were low quality. Overall, the room and amenities did not match what I would expect from a four-star hotel. I would place Treasure Island in the same general category as Excalibur, Luxor, and Circus Circus. I would not recommend staying here. Pay a little more and stay somewhere newer and nicer. Unfortunately, I needed to stay as close to the Wynn as possible, and since the Wynn was sold out, I decided to roll the dice on Treasure Island. Major fail. Never again. They should demolish and build something new - just like they are doing with the Mirage property.
