Although this hotel is well-kept and the staff is friendly, it is ridiculous to not let guests know that they provide NOT A SINGLE complimentary bottled water. The bottled water they put in your room is $8!!! And guess what, they don't tell you it's added to your bill. Why add a obscure note on a label saying it's not free when barely anyone would have looked when they've just arrived in the room and the last thing on their mind is to read labels before drinking?! It's as if you've been baited! Provide at least ONE bottled water like any regular hotel charging what you charge does!
