Great option in a terrific location in the walled city. Gave our family a chance to spread out and get some laundry done before the next leg of our journey. Property has charm and was renovated to a high standard. Breakfast was included and while it wasn’t spectacular, there were multiple options and was consistently good. Would highly recommend as a two bedroom hotel option at a very reasonable price.

If you are traveling to Cartagena with your family, including kids. It is the best and only option. It is not a bad hotel but a bit pricey for what they offer. The food it is ok, but expensive. Not worth it. The service was mmm. I had amazing aid from some employees but a really bad attitude from others. Still plenty of room to better things

First of all, the staff... They were amazing! At reception: María—"the prettiest girl in the whole complex"—Miguel, Kevin, and Tuval... Thank you all for your excellent customer service!
In the restaurant, Valme and the waitstaff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The entertainment team was great fun; they had us laughing and dancing. Jessica, at the boutique was very friendly, helping me out to pick some presents for my friends and family... The food was delicious... We really had a wonderful time here!
The facilities need maintenance; some walls need a fresh coat of paint. In my room, the air conditioner drips, and there are white stains on the floor. There are some rusty items, including the coat hooks!!!
