Good facilities for children. Very good breakfast buffet and room service. Nice spa services. Rooms are clean but could be better. Pool and beach close early. Room assigment in areas affected by construction should be better coordinated. Not many places to walk around.

This hotel was a true dream! Down to the staff and to the location was absolutely perfect. It was easy to get to the staff was very helpful and they maintained the room in the best way ever! The location again was perfect one block away from the local grocery store and right across the street from some great restaurants where I was able to have breakfast and dinner and lunch at one place and went there about three times. The staff was also friendly as I went there to celebrate a birthday and the day of without even knowing they put a birthday card and a cake in the room, which was very sweet. If I ever come back to Cartagena, I will be staying at this location every single time.

We just completed a wonderful 6-day stay at the Hilton Cartagena and cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our entire trip. The Highlights: Pool Facilities: Beautiful, clean, and the perfect place to relax every day. Buffet Breakfast: Exceptional service with a massive, delicious selection. Special Recognition: 6th Floor Housekeeping: A huge shout-out to the two ladies who cleaned our 6th-floor room 644 from June 3rd to June 9th. They were absolutely awesome and incredibly attentive to our every need. Breakfast Manager: Run flawlessly and made sure guests were always taken care of. Diana (Smoothie Station): She prepares the blended fresh mixed fruit drinks and is an absolute joy. She truly loves what she does, always wears a beautiful outfit, and greets everyone with a wonderful smile. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Las dos primeras noches el aire no funcionó en mi abitacion ,dos días para arreglarlo solo usábamos el ventilador. Y el último día debíamos dinero del desayuno q supuestamente estaba incluido pero los huevos lo pedimos en revoltillo y ellos tenían su plato de Omelet ,el mismo huevo pero yo lo quería revuelto y tuvimos q pagar $22.00 de más .Y las noches sin aire quien las pagó ,súmale el olor de mi habitación q ellos decían q era de la calle (yo la verdad no lo recomiendo )
