Excellent staff, great location and rooms are equipped with everything!

Our hotel room was quite spacious and clean making our stay here very comfortable. The hotel was within a manageable 20 min walk to Ginza, 24 minutes to Tsukiji market and 12 min to Tokyo station where you can catch the direct shuttle to NRT airport. All in all very satisfied with our stay here.

This was a great hotel. The rooms were super clean and spacious. the staff was very attentive. Having a washer and dryer in the room was fantastic. The large refrigerator helped as well as the kitchenette with utensils. The bathroom was large and very clean. It had a double sink which is very helpful in the morning when we are trying to get ready and out the door. Would definitely stay here again. And did i mention how great the staff was.

I really enjoyed my stay at GRAND MONday Ueno Okachimachi. The best part was definitely the 2nd floor because it had the gym, sauna, vending machine and public bath all right there together. It was so convenient to finish a workout and go straight into the spa to relax. The front desk is staffed and they are super helpful. Having a washer/dryer and a full fridge made everything so much easier. It’s also in a great spot—super close to the station and within walking distance to the markets and Akihabara. I’d definitely stay here again!

Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. I booked the Japanese style room was was big for 3 of us and enough space for our suitcases. It has a washer/dryer in the room which was convenient. 7/11 and 2 Lawson's just around the corner. 800m walk to the Tokyo Tower which has a nice restaurant.

Beautiful rooms. Friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood in walking distance to many shops and stations.

We did really love this property and thr gardens are beautiful but unfortunately there was a huge construction site right next door that completed blocked access to the train station. We weren't informed about this when we booked so we were pretty disappointed about that. We did not eat at the property so cannot comment on the restaurants.

The hotel was perfect in every way possible. The staff were absolutely amazing and the room was fabulous ( a corner king room). It was a lovely way to spend time in Tokyo.

Clean room, helpful staff, convenient location. Washing machine is a bonus. Took a while to figure out drying. Used AI to translate the buttons. But pretty simple in general. Highly recommended.
