We had the best time at MondayApart Daimon. The staff members were very sweet and friendly. They spoke English and really made us feel welcome. The room was clean with plenty of towels and other amenities and of course very clean. The in room laundry machine was a wonderful addition to the room. They have everything I love in a hotel. We felt in love with Japan and I will stay in this hotel in my next visit!

So we originally booked a much cheaper but smaller hotel, but decided space was extremely necessary in order to enjoy downtime and have enough space to organize 2 larger suitcases after all the shopping. The room is huge compared to most Tokyo hotels, with all the key amenities such has dryer washer, blow dryer, slippers and robes, dining table with 4 chairs, fridge safe vacuum iron hangers microwave, oven stove top and sink plus utensils and more. The location is nice, close to okachimachi station and not a far walk to Ueno. I 100% recommend. 1 note, there is no designated smoking area in or around the hotel

An absolutely GORGEOUS hotel! One of the best I’ve stayed in. The service and staff were impeccable! From the luxurious garden, the onsen and pool, the gym, the amazing breakfast.. just WOW! I didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city when I chose this hotel. It’s about a 10 min walk to the local subway and 7-11(must try the egg salad sandwich). For me, the hotel was perfectly located. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Chinzanso 🙌

We had drinks and a light dinner at the bar. Requested a bottle of wine to take to the room and they said it was not allowed. We had to go through room service. Contacted room service and they said they only had little bottles of wine which amounted to 2 glasses. Weird

The pajamas were stained and uncomfortable. The Yukata were a terrible fabric and the undershirt was very used and worn fabric. Nothing cotton or soft, very scratchy.

Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. I booked the Japanese style room was was big for 3 of us and enough space for our suitcases. It has a washer/dryer in the room which was convenient. 7/11 and 2 Lawson's just around the corner. 800m walk to the Tokyo Tower which has a nice restaurant.

Excellent staff, great location and rooms are equipped with everything!

Clean room, helpful staff, convenient location. Washing machine is a bonus. Took a while to figure out drying. Used AI to translate the buttons. But pretty simple in general. Highly recommended.
