Jerada Adventure Vacations

Pasé una sola noche pero fue suficiente para conoicer la buena calidad del hotel, sus servicios y su gente

Quick one night stay at Timoulay but everything was wonderful. Staff were extremely helpful for our group of 10. Location was perfect for our adventures.

Climatisation ne fonctionne pas ou très faible. Les repas dans les restaurants sont médiocres et composée des restes du buffet. Pour avoir un vrai café, il faut attendre a 9h30

Fabulous hotel. The all inclusive food at the restaurant had a wide and varied selection. The pools were very clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. The Spa had a wide range of treatments. The 50 minute 'Relaxing Massage' was excellent. The Spa was clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. There was nothing negative about my stay. I would highly recommend.

Very safe and clean hotel! The place is well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

I personally wouldn’t rate this resort as a 5-star establishment as it fell below my expectations. The food was disappointing and the cutlery was not properly cleaned, which raised concerns about hygiene standards. The bed was uncomfortable, and I also found the cleanliness of the room to be below an acceptable standard. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The resort itself was set in lovely surroundings, with a pleasant layout and atmosphere. Unfortunately, despite these positives, the overall experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a 5-star resort, particularly when it came to food quality, cleanliness and comfort.

It was great experience we like it

This is my third time staying at the Grand Plaza hotel. It is one of my favorite hotels when I stay Marrekesh. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I love the view. The staff members are kind, considerate and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is amazing! If you want to stay at an amazing hotel, choose the Grand Plaza. You won’t be disappointed.

Bugs and the breakfast was not great - not worth the fee for the breakfast even if all you can eat felt like cafeteria rather than a 5 sar experience. Even the seating and its just not upscale.
