The hotel is very convenient for all of the attractions in Shinjuku and the subway. Loved the cinema downstairs. The staff were always very attentive and focused on ensuring the best possible service. The rooms are on the smaller side (even for Tokyo) and we weren’t able to go near the Godzilla statue to take a photo as the area is blocked off. The breakfast place (Sizzler) was expensive and not that good

We had an excellent stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The service was consistently professional while still feeling warm and personal, which made a real difference to our stay.
The hotel itself is in a fantastic location and everything was comfortable, well maintained and thoughtfully managed. We were especially impressed by how accommodating the team were with us as a family.
A genuinely great experience and somewhere we would happily stay again when returning to Tokyo. Highly recommended.
