This was our first time staying at Harrah's. The room was nice and clean. Will definitely return when we come back to Atlantic City.

Anytime the AC went on, it smelled like urine. It’s loud. Breakfast is not good. Stale mini pastries and old yogurt parfaits - not great. For $300 a night, it’s not worth it. Annoyed there weren’t other options as I needed a place to stay near the hospital.

Stayed on the 37th floor and took an elevator down to the casino. During this experience the elevator fell from the 37th floor to the spa then came to an abrupt stop. An advisory message was then announced saying that the elevator was having issues and to press the call help button. Upon pressing the button, nothing happened. Eventually the doors opened and we were able to get off at the spa level. Staff were advised and it did not seem that much was done.

Night light under the bed was faulty and wouldn't turn off for ages and the phone didn't work but other than that, everything was great. Clean towels daily and fresh bottled water and a great view of Manhattan.

The room was acceptable, but the overall property is in disarray. I booked this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star property, but in its current condition it feels more like a 2-star hotel, at best. There is ongoing construction, so it may become a 4-star hotel in the future, but that is not an accurate description of what guests are experiencing now.

Quiet area. Close to a train station that we used to go into the city. The staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was nice. The bathroom could have used more soaps but the beds were comfortable and the room was decent-sized.
