Everything was good. Only complaint is the front desk staff did not tell us there was a complementary lounge room on the second floor for guests waiting to check in or waiting for shuttle to the airport. Front desk check in staff knew we were early and waiting to check in and nobody said anything, even when I asked if our room was ready.

We had beautiful garden view

The ocean view was nice but at an angle as in the photos. You cannot see the Friday night fireworks from this hotel. The room was clean but it seems there are different staff who clean the room on different days since the number of towels replaced changed in the middle of our stay (from 3 sets to just 2 and then back to 3 sets). 25% of the time at least on of the elevators was out of service and there were 2 nights were the hot water was just lukewarm. I expected more since there was also a daily resort fee (about $50 per day). Not my best stay at a Sheraton property - not sure if I would stay here again.

We did pay for an ocean-view room but got a room facing the book and what I would call a partial ocean view. Also, a bit strange because Expedia Platinum does mention free breakfast, but Expedia only pays for one guests' breakfast regardless of how many people you paid for the room (not a property issue) Regardless a great location and we did get a newly remodeled room so overall it was nice, but I do wish there was more clarity in honoring room upgrades since we paid an extra $400 for the ocean view and were basically facing the pool.

Location is very good. Was able to walk to many shops and restaurants. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Excellent option for budget minded folks. Literally across the street from waikiki beaches. All the restaurants, stores and bars are walking distance. No restaurant, bar, pool or hot tub on site. Nice, clean, small rooms with balcony. We had a partial ocean view. Shower is a trickle but it was warm. Staff is excellent - super friendly knowledgeable of the area and friendly. I’d recommend to staying here if you don’t “need” the extras. We enjoyed our stay!
