Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful and management (Kris) was very involved making sure everything went smoothly. Food was also great and the view was amazing!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Room was reasonably clean. The faucet in the bathroom looked like it needed to be tightened up. Would be nice to have a way to keep the doors closed when on the deck to keep room cool. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and the ocean view spectacular. Meals were all very good but need to combine cake and ice cream on more of the desserts. Had easy access to three beaches. We would highly recommend the Cocobay resort for a relaxing vacation.

Just wow. Staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. Rooms are well maintained and spotlessly clean, THE FOOD!! Is INCREDIBLE! fresh delicious food in all restaurants, no shuffling around a sad buffet!! Just fab service with food which is top notch 👍 definitely be back, definitely recommend. It’s just the most relaxing beautiful place ❤️

Came with mixed expectations following other reviews. Very pleasantly surprised! Food good at buffet but terrible pizzas at bookable restaurant (hence not given 5/5) Beach and sea stunning, always sunbeds available, huge pool but also very quiet Staff all friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but clean and super comfy bed, hot powerful showers. Great views, noisy generator near our room but didn’t stop us sleeping. Value for money - yes, but don’t come if you are looking for 5\*, table service, housekeeping
