A little difficult to find but a great little spot in the heart of the city. Our room was lovely, very clean and the staff were very attentive. Food was very nice, if a little pricey

The room was clean and well-maintained. However, the fridge in the room was not cold enough. The service was good overall, but for a suite, it did not feel like good value for money.

This property and the folks within it, are truly gems! Conveniently located, we were amazed to be in the heart of Colombo one second, and in a beautifully manicured garden with a perfectly designed pool surrounded by large trees and fauna. Our room was nestled tastefully in this oasis to provide us a serene and peaceful experience. Everything slowed down for us as soon as we arrived. The two owners, Christoff and Pascal, have obviously worked hard to build a personal and relaxing experience for their guests by creating this unique environment in their boutique hotel, and by filling it with staff that are very good at what they do. They all went above and beyond for us. We dined several times while staying and we found both the food and the wine selections to be extensive and perfectly prepared. Both owners and staff are obviously dialed in on the needs of the hospitality industry, as they provide their guests with both service and accommodation that exceed expectations. Folks, this is a 10/10 and we would highly recommend this wonderful establishment to all! We have already booked our next stay and are looking forward to it! Enjoy!

Great stay, in a perfect location

A great hotel overlooking the Indian Ocean in central Colombo was a haven on peace in a busy city. The onsite restaurants were excellent with attentive and efficient service, in particular, breakfast was a pleasant and varied meal served on the terrace overlooking the ocean, a great start to the day. Reception staff very helpful, organised the taxi to the airport with no problems. Generally a very clean welcoming and well run hotel.

Great service in the hotel across all functions including house-keeping, client services, food and beverages and have signed-up to become a member of ITC Ratnadipa. The GM was a great leader striving to offer the highest level of care to guests, highly recommend the hotel
